Rental Process

Please apply using the dedicated form or by email.

2. Faucet shape confirmation (email support)
After you apply, we will send you a "faucet shape confirmation email." Please confirm the contents and reply.
*Please rest assured that if installation is difficult, you can cancel your order. -
3. We will ship the product
Once the faucet inspection is complete, we will begin preparations for shipping the loaner device.

4. Try it at home for 1 week
Tool-free and easy to set up, you can start using it the day it arrives.

5. Consider returning or purchasing
After the rental period ends, please return the item according to the enclosed return instructions. If you wish to purchase the item, you can do so through our official website.
