Compatible Faucets for Yusuï

Foam-Type Faucet (External Thread)

Faucets with a foam aerator where the thread diameter is 22mm when the aerator is removed.
Round-Type Faucet

Round pipes with a swollen end, with an outer diameter of 16mm or 19mm.
Internal Thread Faucet

If it has an internal thread when the cap is removed, it can be installed using the included external thread conversion adapter.
Cannot be installed on shower faucets or foreign-made faucets.

How to Remove Dirt Using Water Pressure from Tap Water

This maintenance procedure involves using tap water to flush out accumulated iron rust and debris from inside the water purifier. It's a very simple process, and normally, this maintenance alone is sufficient.
If the water doesn't become clean after repeating this 2 or 3 times, then you will need to perform a "backwash."

Backwashing (a method of flushing tap water from top to bottom)

If significant rust or muddy water occurs during tap water pressure maintenance, the next step is to perform "backwash" maintenance, which will allow you to enjoy delicious water for a longer period.
This may be necessary for households with old water pipes, or for customers who use water that passes through a water storage tank in a building or apartment.

If you wish to use a replacement unit while your internal components are being replaced, we will first send you a replacement unit.
Please place your water purifier in the box that contained the replacement unit and send it to us.
Once the internal components have been replaced, we will send your water purifier back to you, so please place the replacement unit in that box and return it.
There is no charge for the use of the replacement unit itself.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bear the shipping costs for two separate occasions: when you send your water purifier for internal component replacement and when you return the replacement unit.

When a Replacement Unit is Not Needed

Please send your water purifier to us. After the internal components have been replaced, we will return it to you.
We regret to inform you that customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending the water purifier for component replacement.

As a general rule, we ask for about a week. Depending on the season, it may take a little longer, but in such cases, we will inform you of the completion time when you first call us.

Since the Yusui contains water, please drain the water and send only the main unit to us.
