Installation & Maintenance (Yusui Water Purifier)

If you wish to use a temporary replacement unit during the internal component replacement, we will first send you a replacement unit.
Please place your water purifier in the box that contained the replacement unit and send it to us.
Once the internal components have been replaced, we will send your water purifier back to you, so please place the replacement unit in that box and return it.
The use of the replacement unit itself is free of charge.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bear the shipping costs for the water purifier when you send it for internal component replacement and when you return the replacement unit (two shipping fees in total).

As a general rule, we require about one week. Depending on the season, it may take a little longer, but in that case, we will inform you of the completion time when you first call us.

The Yusui contains water, so please drain it and send only the main unit.
We have created a video of the procedure and key points, such as sealing it with tape to prevent water from leaking and wetting the outer box. Please refer to it.
